How I work
Our work together all takes place in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental therapeutic environment.
I have extensive experience helping individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relational issues, and personal conflicts. Including experience helping people with sexual and gender concerns.
My approach is to listen to you, and to help you to get in touch with the emotions that you find difficult to express or just don't have a strong voice. Sometimes these difficulties originate in our early years and our upbringing influences who we are in the present. In liberating the unheard parts of the self, a resolution can be obtained leading to a greater sense of self-worth, fulfilment and help you live a more meaningful life, both personally and in relationships with others.
